Our approach adds a new spin of efficiency by bringing unique structure formulated by the most critical criteria. It looks to ensure that new hires not only align with the experience needed but have the right motivation to exceed the objectives. It takes attract, engage and hire to a new level by shaping the content prospects want to see into a market sourcing campaign designed to pull them in. The objectives is create partnerships across the spectrum that last years. This can be done when the relationship starts with clarity and purpose.   

Profile

Marty Vespa has 20 plus years search experience across information technology, fintech and financial services within private equity backed start-ups, privately held organizations and Fortune 100 companies. His passion lies in making impactful hires to amazing companies. Most of his searches focus on executive/leadership roles within sales, operations, engineering, marketing and product development. From 2012 to 2018, Marty was the Director of Recruiting at LogRhythm, a Boulder based software company. Hired as the company’s first recruiter at an employee count of 150, Marty built a global team and implemented a hyper-growth recruitment strategy which allowed the company to grow to 685 employees and become one of Colorado’s foremost success stories. Prior to LogRhythm, Marty was an Executive Recruiter for J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank where he led search across multiple markets building high net worth and ultra-high net worth client development, investment management and trust teams. Born and raised in Springfield IL, Marty lived in Chicago for several years before moving to Colorado in 2011. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and a MBA from University of Illinois – Chicago.
